Hell Yeah Tour! On the Road

The Hell Yeah! Tour at Tuck Fest 2017

This year, Mountain Khakis is embarking on a nationwide tour to spread some love, put our ears to the ground, and support the incredible MK family (that’s you!) that makes our pants possible. We’ll be visiting with retailers to give back to the communities that rock our brand, as well as those folks that have never heard of us. We’re going to stop at outdoor fests, music fests, and breweries give out high fives, smiles, and a whole bunch of MK love. This past weekend, the Hell Yeah! Tour visited the US National Whitewater Center’s Tuck Fest in Charlotte, NC.

Ever heard of Tuck Fest? If your answer is no, let me tell you why you need to motivate next year to be a part of it. For anyone who enjoys rock climbing, running, adventure racing, music, cracking brews with your buddies, or simply kicking your feet up and watching the carnage of boaters running class four rapids, Tuck Fest is a dream come true. Most festivals will place specific emphasis on any one or two of these events. But to capture all of these activities well is a feat reserved for the crew at the U.S. National Whitewater Center just outside of Charlotte, NC.

With events starting every half hour, the inspired person could run a 5k, compete in an adventure race, and cool down with a yoga session all before noon. After a morning full of laughs and charlie horses, why not grab a brew and watch professional climbers race each other up a sixty foot wall with nothing below except a pool of water to break their fall? For your afternoon, how about a kayak lesson or cheering on a trials riding legend, Chris Clark? Or taking a walk down Vendor Lane and visiting with your local Mountain Khakis family? Hell Yeah! And for your evening, catch incredible bands like The Revivalists and Anderson East.

Whatever your interests, Tuck Fest has something for you. As long as you like to kick back, have fun, and laugh with your neighbor. Keep spreading that Hell Yeah! vibe! See you next year!
